Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the network switch or component in its original anti-static packaging and include all original accessories, manuals, and mounting kits.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
